Launch

Park View was announced on 3 August 2026 at a press conference held at the project site in Yaafour, Rural Damascus, according to Syriandays. Syria Property Hub reported that the conference was held under the patronage of Tourism Minister Mazen al-Salhani and attended by Finance Minister Mohammed Yisr Barnieh. The developer is Unlimited Real Estate & Investment, as the company names itself on the project's official website; press reports refer to it as Unlimited Real Estate Development. Syria Property Hub and Safir Press put the investment at about USD 200 million.

According to the same two reports, about 30% of the construction works had been completed when the project was unveiled. Company chairman Maher Muhajer said two buildings had reached the structural frame stage, and that Park View is the company's first investment in Syria, marking its return to the Syrian market after a 14-year absence; the company has more than 20 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates.

Location and Components

The site lies in the Yaafour valley near the Damascus–Beirut road, behind the Swiss House area, about 15 minutes from central Damascus, according to Syriandays and the project's official website. According to Syriandays, Muhajer said the name comes from the fact that most apartments overlook the central garden.

According to Muhajer, the project covers about 50,000 square meters and has 420 residential units. The official website divides it into seven residential clusters that share the same gardens and community facilities, developed in three phases. Muhajer cited 14 residential buildings at the press conference, while Syriandays and Damascus Radio reported different figures: 23 residential buildings and about 400 apartments on about 47,900 square meters.

Muhajer said green spaces and service and recreational facilities take up about 35,000 square meters; the official website cites 30,000 square meters of landscaped gardens, and Syriandays puts the share of greenery, facilities and services at about 60% of the area. The facilities Muhajer listed include:

  • Gardens, swimming pools and sports courts
  • A women's fitness club
  • A children's play area
  • An emergency clinic
  • A gated community with round-the-clock security

Remarks by the Tourism Minister

At the conference, Minister al-Salhani said the project goes beyond housing to include hotel apartments and a commercial market and will create direct and indirect jobs, and that the complex is equipped with fiber-optic networks, smart home systems and surveillance cameras, Syria Property Hub and Safir Press reported. He added that more Syrian investors abroad are returning to the country and that interest from Arab and foreign investors is growing.

Prices and Delivery

According to Muhajer, prices start at USD 1,800 per square meter, and the project is aimed at upper-middle-income buyers. The delivery plan he described covers 128 units within two years in the first phase, followed by a second batch of 128 units in the second phase after about two and a half years. He added that sales have begun and that demand is good.

Company Plans

Muhajer also said the company intends to launch another residential project within four to five months for middle-income buyers and below, starting in the city of Damascus, and will later study expanding to other governorates.
